Use this page if you want MR.UP to delete your customer account, profile, and associated personal data linked to your phone number or email.
How deletion works
Submit the request form with your phone number and account details.
Our team starts the deletion process after verifying the account owner.
You may contact support within 7 days to cancel the deletion request.
After 7 days, the deleted account cannot be recovered.
Data retention notice
Personal account data is deleted after the 7-day grace period.
We may retain limited billing, settlement, fraud-prevention, dispute, or legal compliance records where required by law.

What will be deleted
Account profile details, saved addresses, support-linked personal account information, and other customer data associated with the requested account will be removed after review and the grace period.
Order, payment, wallet, and settlement history may be retained only where required for tax, finance, dispute handling, fraud prevention, or regulatory compliance.
